CEMSAND SUPER GRADE READY MIX dry plaster is a high quality ready mix plaster which can be used instead of mortar.

CEMSAND SUPER GRADE READY MIX dry plaster is prepared by mixing filtered River sand , high quality cement, admixtures which provides better adhesion and smoothness to walls etc in the right ratio in the ultra modern and state-of-the-art computerized factory of Rover Cement.

It can be mixed by adding just water. lt is easy to use and causes minimum wastage. Cemsand makes the wall stronger, smoother and more beautiful. Hereafter you can get rid of unnecessary your money and time, work pressure, transportation, storing and quality.

Usage
Cemsand can be used for all works where mortar is used. lt can be used for several works like wall plastering, patch work, repairing, tile laying etc.
QUAUTY

Since high quality refined River sand grains

are used in the optimum ratio, problems due to clay and other organic waste in the River sand does not affect wall. The admixtures mixed in a special ratio in the ultra modern factories of Rover Cements Pvt Ltd, when used along with cement and River sand helps in the plastering and adhesion of Cemsand . It also makes the

wall smoother. Hence, plastering mix and not much putty is required during painting.

Tasks like transportation and storage

1:4 Sealing Work

The Premix Mortar of 1.4 is an apt mix of

10 kg cement and 40 kg river sand to

assured quality sealing of wall of  structure,  It gets the coverage of 22 sqft per bag of 50 kg

1:5 Plastering Works

Plastering over block walls, have given the composite of 1.5, ie. 8.33 k9 cement and 41.660 k9 of river sand to ensure the smooth surface 22 Sqft covers with a bag of 50 kg

1:6 Masonry Work

Masonry work is a structure made of brick stone, block stucco and concrete. 1.6 Premix Mortar having 7.143 k9 cement and 42.857 kg river sand. More than 130 brick, stone, block, stucco etc.
